Way2Cure offers medical equipment for both purchase and rental. Specific terms apply to each:
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge you for the total amount of your order/rental.
We aim to deliver products and equipment within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Way2Cure acts as a reseller or rental provider. Product warranties are typically provided by the original manufacturer. We do not offer direct warranties beyond those expressly stated. For rental equipment, we guarantee equipment will be in good working order at the time of delivery.
Way2Cure disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Way2Cure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
All content on the Way2Cure website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Way2Cure or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Way2Cure, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account's) violation of these Terms.
